If you have been on Facebook lately you have noticed all the advertising of Lipsense, the lipstick that stays on ALL DAY LONG! I do not know how many of these ads I have passed thinking, NO WAY, that is not possible to stay on that long and still look good. I also thought to myself I do not wear lipstick enough as a mom to even try this out. I know this all sounds harsh and judgemental, but you know if you have seen the ads you may have thought the same thing.
Well, let me give you a new perspective. A fellow cheer mom started to sell Lipsense, she asked me to host an online party to get some Lipsense. Who am I to say no to help a friend get her business started and a ton of Facebook friends loved this stuff. After my party was over I ended up getting the starter kit (lipsense color, gloss and oops remover), I even picked out a very subtle color to start with, I have officially jumped on the bandwagon.
As I anxiously awaited for my new stuff to arrive, I was getting a little excited to try this stuff out and see what all the rave was about. Woohoo! The day has arrived and I got my new kit. I immediately drove home to try it out I had put it on right before bed and when I woke up it was still on and man did I look good that morning. I now wear it every day and have a few different colors. You get hooked immediately!
So I am totally in love with the lipstick and thought I have found the greatest thing possible, but did you know there was eyeshadow that lasts all day too? I learned about Shadowsense from the same cheer mom when we were at a cheerleading competition. We were at this competition all day and I realized that her eyeshadow did not smear, wear off, crease it was looking good all day. Of course, I asked her about it and she told me it was Shadowsense from the same company that does Lipsense. When we got back from competition Cheer Mom Amanda gave me some Shadowsense to try out. The first day I tried it I knew I was not going back to regular eyeshadow again, this stuff lasted all day! It was absolutely amazing. Check out the beginning of the day picture and the end of the day picture, they look no different, however, they were taken 12+ hours apart. I even wore it all day at the Renaissance Festival and it still looked amazing!
