Peatos Crusted Chicken Tenders

We love Peatos in our house and I was trying to figure out a Gluten Free option to crust some Chicken Tenders then it came to me that I could use Peatos.  

Ingredients-

Package of Chicken Tenders (8-10 tenders)

3 Eggs

1/2 cup of Milk or Cream

1- 16 oz bag of Peatos

Quart Size Ziploc

Cooking Dish

Directions-


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Mix the 3 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl, whisk until well mixed.  Put the Peatos into a Quart Size Ziploc, seal and crush.  Then dip chicken tender in the milk/egg mix, put the dipped chicken tender in Ziploc, seal and shake till well coated.  Repeat until all Chicken tenders are coated in Peatos and place in cooking dish.  Place in the oven for 30 minutes, when finished make sure to check that they are cooked all the way through and ENJOY!
