Delicious Broccoli Salad
(This dish is Gluten Free)
2 Heads of Broccoli
1 cup of Mayo
½ cup of Sugar
1 red Onion
½ cup of SunFlower Seeds
½ cup of Craisins
4-5 strips of back cooked and crumpled
Once you have all the ingredients you will cut all the stems of the broccoli, that will leave you with just the tops of the broccoli. Place all the cut pieces in a bowl, add the ½ cup of sugar, ½ cup of sunflower seeds, ½ cup of craisins and the the cooked bacon pieces. Chop up the red onion into little pieces and add that to the bowl. Last add the cup of Mayo and mix it all together. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
