My friend mentioned the other day that I have a hard time asking for help. I don't know why she would say that. I mean, my husband and I only chose to spend 24 hours with no sleep moving because we were too silly to ask for help. No big deal right? Sigh. It was horrible. Really. Absolutely horrible. But it is done. The kids are happy and their move was simple. Mom and Dad have a few scars left. But we will survive!
Everyone hates to be asked to help move though, I mean really. Who wants to do that? I sat there watching the movers that helped my mom thinking "those poor men. What a crappy job. I would hate to do that" But it didn't take them 24 hours (plus the week we spent slowly moving as well). Oh well, almost time for that party soon!
I am very sorry for the tardiness of the newsletter. But believe me. The blood, sweat and tears were all used up in the moving and you would have had nothing to read!
Regardless of the state of my house..... my kids are ready for the summer! We have only visited the splash park so far, but have lots of plans! What have you been keeping busy doing?
